Our ingredients are predominantly sourced from Domaine d'Anbalaba's nursery, spanning 15 hectares and flourishing with fruits, vegetables, and aromatic herbs. We procure fish directly from local fishermen.
Our chef meticulously handpicks ingredients to ensure each daily special is fresh and bursting with flavor.
